- A suitable time to have a consultation with a dentist, whether that is virtual or in person.

2. Video Consultation With The Dentist
If a video consult suits you best, it will include:
- An in depth discussion of your dental concerns, goals and desires
- A discussion of treatment options and what will be involved
- A personalised treatment plan tailored to your specific needs given to you
- A customised quote based on your needs and wants, and discussion of payment plan if required
- Q and A session with our dental team, including practitioners with many years of clinical experience.To address any questions and concerns you may have.
3. Book Your Flights And Start Treatment
What’s next?
After your video consultation with the dentist, if you decide to go through with treatment, our Patient Coordinator will email you a personalised treatment plan and some useful information about convenient accommodation, things to do and getting around. The treatment plan will include pricing, number of appointments and length of appointments.
Our Patient Coordinator will then be in touch to schedule your visit to our practice. We will try and arrange something that is suitable for you and combine treatments where possible so that there are fewer and more meaningful appointments for you.

Tips For Our Overseas & Interstate Patients
- We recommend bringing an adult companion when traveling to our practice for treatment (dependent on the treatment). We have ample seating, free wifi and provide light refreshments for your friend to sit with you during treatment.
- Fly in a day before your treatment so that you are well rested and prepared for treatment.
- Please provide as much information, photos, and videos as you can. This allows us to use digital planning tools to show you examples of possible treatment approaches and support you in making an informed choice.
